My name is Vinh Vu and I am a Silicon Valley Realtor serving the Bay Area. I believe whole heartedly that owning real estate is one of the biggest ways to acquire wealth and have an impact on the immediate community. Therefore, I strive to help people who feel the same passion and thrive here in our neighborhoods.
I have been able to help over 100 families achieve their goal to invest, buy, and sell a residential real estate in the Bay Area. As a native San Josean born and raised since 1988, it has allowed me to have unique knowledge of the area with little intricacies that many may not know about. I love where I live, and I believe that our location is one of the best in the world.

We have worked with other realtors alongside Vinh, and he was by far our favorite one! We were first-time homebuyers and were completely oblivious to the whole process. He took the time to educate us and just made a very stressful process much more enjoyable!
He is extremely patient, reliable, communicative, diligent, and has a great work ethic. He showed us several homes around the San Jose area and worked around our busy and sometimes random schedules. Vinh has been absolutely amazing! We closed on a home last month as a first time homebuyer and it was, in large part, due to Vinh's guidance. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest about his price estimates and thanks to him we had a realistic expectation of every home we put an offer on.

We moved into our first home in the Evergreen area of San Jose in 1979. After 42 tears in the same home. we decided that we wanted to sell our house in San Jose, CA and move to Southlake, TX to be closer to our youngest daughter and newest granddaughter. We found a great realtor in Texas who helped us find our Texas dream home and she recommended Vinh Vu from EQ1 in San Jose. We contacted Vinh and both he and the owner of EQ1, Mike came to see us and convinced us that we should select them based upon their experience and knowledge of the Evergreen area of San Jose. Vinh produced comp sheets and estimates for us and was very confident that he would have no problem helping sell our house for the price we desired. We spent a month decluttering and preparing to show our house and Vinh was extremely helpful volunteering to help us in any way, such as boxes, cleaning people, decluttering consultants, etc. When we completed our decluttering, Vinh helped us prepare for the open house. He brought in photographers, prepared stills and videos including drone flyovers. The entire preparation and sales presentation for the various listing sites was outstanding and he proceeded to bring in a series of prospective buyers. At the end of the first week, we had over 5 offers and most were over the listed price. He helped guide us through the offer acceptance phase and through escrow, both on our San Jose home sale and our Texas home escrow which encountered several delays. Vinh and our Texas realtor worked closely with us as we navigated the delays on the Texas escrow closing, providing support and options as needed. In the end, everything worked out with the sellers in Texas and we left our home of 42 years on Dec 17th, 2021 to drive with our pets to our new home in Texas. Vinh was there when we drove off and sent us the video of us departing with the rental truck that morning. We kept in touch with Vinh during the entire trip and now over a month after arriving in our Texas home, we still touch base with Vinh about once a week, letting him know how we are doing and checking to see how the new owner of our San Jose home is doing. I guess there are plenty of realtors available, but we felt that selling our home of 42 years was a personal experience and we wanted a realtor that understood and supported us through the process. We highly recommend Vinh Vu and EQ1 Realty. Vinh was extremely attentive and, in the end, became more than just a realtor, he became our friend.
